We may all complain about Verizon's prices and business philosophy, but there seems to be something about Big Red that entices us to stay with it. Turns out Verizon has beaten all the major carriers in customer loyalty, with the lowest churn reported. (Churn is the percentage of people that leaves a carrier).
Verizon Wireless boasts nation’s best customer satisfaction with lowest postpaid churn for Q2’12
Personally, other carriers' prices and offers may be enticing, but I have had a superb experience with Verizon. Which is probably why it costs more; you have to pay for quality.
We are not only talking about the fact Verizon is probably the carrier with the most coverage and larger 4G LTE market in the US. I have also never had a bad experience with Verizon's customer service. The company has always tried to accommodate to my needs.
I have received early upgrades (and I mean early, as in about a year early) and help with my issues. It never fails, Verizon has always done what it can to keep me happy. The very few times I got some bill errors were a breeze too. It took nothing more than a 5 minute phone call to get them fixed.
More so than coverage and 4G LTE, this is what keeps me with Verizon. But I understand some of you may have had bad experiences. And now is the time to talk! Do you think Verizon is really the best?
