It sucks to say it, but what is Google doing? First, iOS gets the update and new UI for Google+ before Android. And when it finally reaches our devices, it is not as good as iOS' version. While they are similar, for some reason the app just seems much more busy and not as clean. The Android version also seems a bit laggy...
Don't get me wrong, I like it. And the eye candy is totally cool. I just wonder why Google does a better job developing for iOS... There is a larger Android user-base, and it is their OWN operating system.
Google+ updated with visual refresh, launching hangouts easier than ever

This is exactly the way I have been feeling. The upgrade is good, and it looks really nice. The iOS app is definitely a bit better, though, which is just backwards. Google should be focusing more on developing for Android. There is also issues with the images and videos it displays, especially when the images have white backgrounds. The letters overlapping the images are white. So many times you can't see them.
