I realize there are probably some behind the scenes that I'm missing but I question how it is possible for one carrier or device to have a rank lower than one that is reporting a lower signal..I don't believe it is based on points seeing as the highest ranked device in my area only has 2 points. Yet the carrier I'm using is ranked below another that has a weaker reported signal. Seems odd to me.
