Improvements to "Global" Stats Comming

Over this week the algorithm that used to update many of the stats that involved lots of data points (best carriers, states and country info, and some devices) will be changed to speed up the update times of those pages and app reports.

I am refactoring some code to move to more smaller queries (as apposed to fewer bigger/longer queries) as the server can handle them better, also as we get bigger its much easier to distribute those queries across multiple database instances.

This update is turning out to be more comprehensive then orginally anticipated, i am hoping people will find the data even more reliable than before.

The data is being aggregated now and we are hoping to go live with the update mid week.
